• Payment for medical services is collected according to official tariffs before the treatment process begins.

• Disclosure of any underlying conditions, drug allergies, or prior surgeries is essential for accurate diagnosis.

• If accompaniment is needed, a maximum of one companion is allowed with prior coordination.

• Use of additional services such as interpreters, accommodation, airport transfers, or travel planning must be arranged in advance.
